What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing responsive technical support across a range of client environments.
- Managing and maintaining Windows servers, networks, and backup systems.
- Setting up and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and AV equipment.
- Supporting hybrid Microsoft 365 environments, domains, and virtualisation platforms.
- Assisting in ongoing software development and commercialisation projects.
- Working both independently and collaboratively to solve issues before they become problems.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience supporting small-to-mid-sized businesses and their IT environments.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Hyper-V, and VMware.
- Networking skills across firewalls, switches, and wireless systems.
- Confidence in Windows domain environments and system administration.
- Excellent communication skills—you can explain tech to non-tech stakeholders with ease.
- A current Australian driver’s license and willingness to attend client sites when needed.
- A proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro.
Highly Regarded but Not Essential:
- Experience with ConnectWise, Adobe products, or scripting/programming.
- Exposure to commercialisation or software development projects.
- Previous IT sales or pre-sales experience.
