What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing responsive technical support across a range of client environments.
  • Managing and maintaining Windows servers, networks, and backup systems.
  • Setting up and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and AV equipment.
  • Supporting hybrid Microsoft 365 environments, domains, and virtualisation platforms.
  • Assisting in ongoing software development and commercialisation projects.
  • Working both independently and collaboratively to solve issues before they become problems.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience supporting small-to-mid-sized businesses and their IT environments.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Hyper-V, and VMware.
  • Networking skills across firewalls, switches, and wireless systems.
  • Confidence in Windows domain environments and system administration.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can explain tech to non-tech stakeholders with ease.
  • A current Australian driver’s license and willingness to attend client sites when needed.
  • A proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro.

Highly Regarded but Not Essential:

  • Experience with ConnectWise, Adobe products, or scripting/programming.
  • Exposure to commercialisation or software development projects.
  • Previous IT sales or pre-sales experience.
